Trying to find some inner peace so you don't

completely lose it?

We have just the apps that will help you keep your sanity.

If you're new to this meditation game, then try

guided apps like Headspace, Will,

or Stop, Breathe, and Think.

Headspace offers ten 10-minute guided meditations

to get you started.

Upon completion of those, you can subscribe

for access to more of their programs.

They have tailored programs for all kinds of mini-meltdowns,

or themed packs revolving around

improving your relationships and performance.

Not too sure what's stressing you out?

Stop, Breathe, and Think will help with that.

Answer some simple questions about how you're

feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Based on your answers, it'll offer guided meditations.

[App] Relax, ground, and clear.

If you like to mix things up, then Will is for you.

It offers mindfulness practice, yoga,

or Search Inside Yourself practice.

The app provides a mix of video- and audio-guided practices.

[App] Welcome to back to basics.

Come into a comfortable cross-legged position.

If you aren't a meditation noob, then the app

Meditation is an appropriate place to start.

That's if the sounds of chiming bells,

flowing water over rocks, or a calming symphony

help you get your relaxation on.

It's pretty simple, too:

you choose your relaxation sounds and the length

of your meditation, and your journey to inner peace begins.

(tide crashes)

Each session ends with an inspirational quote.

Angry, sad, or anxious?

Well, then there's GPS for Soul.

No, it doesn't use your location services

to track your soul.

It provides calming music and affirmation mantras

directed at the mood you're in.

Lastly, when you finally have some time on your hands,

Mindbody locates the nearest yoga classes

or meditation centers in your area.

It also syncs with your Fitbit

for those intense hot yoga sessions.

Namaste.
