WIRED Next Generation 2017

WIRED Next Generation is a unique educational and inspiration festival dedicated to, and designed, for youths aged 12-18. The one-day event will showcase the future and explain how young people can make their mark

Inspire the next generation of scientists, strategists and entrepreneurs by taking them to WIRED Next Generation, a unique educational and interactive festival dedicated to, and designed for, youths aged 12-18.

Perfect for school groups, parents and children, and associations looking for a field day for their teenagers, this event focuses on science, technology and more.

Now in its fifth year, presented with headline partner Accenture, the event returns to London's Tobacco Dock with an incredible range of speakers – from artists and musicians merging creativity and technology, to coders and designers exploring new territory.

In the past we have welcomed speakers including actor Andy Serkis, British astronaut Tim Peake, chart topping musicians Rizzle Kicks, pioneering chef Heston Blumenthal, bionic arm builder Samantha Payne and many more.

To complement the main speakers, there will also be more than a dozen hands-on workshops and a full day of interactivity in the WIRED Next Generation Test Lab, featuring the latest innovative exhibitions.

Schools can access discounts for groups of pupils. Email Kim Vigilia at wiredevents@condenast.co.uk for more information.
