WIRED's Home Blend Tim d'Offay of Postcard Teas (postcardteas.com) has devised the WIRED Cold Brew Tea. Here's his recipe:

For a fruity, black tea-like infusion use Darjeeling Oolong or Formosa Oolong. Pour a bit of water out of a 1.5l or 2l bottle of sparkling water and then put three to four heaped tablespoons into the bottle, screw the cap on and then turn it upside down three times before putting it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, the tea will be at the bottom of the bottle -- use a strainer and pour the tea into a glass to drink. Download the WIRED app for more variations of this recipe.
