A team of 25 digital architects have used
Minecraft to recreate the Magic Kingdom theme park, from the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
Magic Kingdom is the central hub of Disney World. It's got the enormous Cinderella Castle, the iconic statue of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse, and a web of pathways that spoke out towards six other areas of the park.
This blocky Minecraft model also features the Contemporary Resort and Convention Center, Main Street USA, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain Railroad, Adventure Land, Jungle Cruise, Tomorrowland, Space Mountain and Fantasyland.
Better still, you can go on all the rides and enter all of the restaurants.
The 25 man team -- headed by a chap named "therealduckie" -- says it took them four months to build it. They're not stopping at the Magic Kingdom, though. They plan to recreate Disney World in its entirety, and have already started work on Epcot (the park with the gigantic Spaceship Earth sphere).
You can download the world map from therealduckie's Reddit post. Watch out -- "This world has fire and lava. You MUST HAVE some sort of fire protection enabled." You wouldn't want Splash Mountain to go up in flames while you're on the ride.
