Lin-Manuel Miranda, the polymathic creator of Hamilton, is currently out promoting his work in Mary Poppins Returns. But that doesn't mean he has no other allegiances. He is, for one, a big fan of Harry Potter—so much so that he even knows his Hogwarts house off the top of his head.
"I both self-identify as Slytherin and I took the Pottermore test and it said, I didn't even know this was possible, 'You're so Slytherin,'" Miranda says in his WIRED Autocomplete Interview. "I'm so Slytherin."
There you have it. We're guessing it's the resourcefulness and ambition of the Slytherin that is in tune with Miranda's nature (the man did create two hit Broadway shows), but maybe it's the cunningness too? (He's pretty good with a Jabba-centric freestyle, so there's that.)
What else did Miranda reveal in his Autocomplete Interview? He speaks Spanish (obvi), he's a tenor (though he used to be a first soprano), and he also reveals the origins of his name (it's the subject of a piece by a Puerto Rican poet). Watch above to find out more.
