T-shirts are a piece of cake to fold quickly -- you just need to know the pressure points, Vulcan death-grip style.

Start with a T-shirt laid out on a flat surface and positioned side-on to you, then follow these steps.

1. Draw and pinch Trace an imaginary line across the middle of the T-shirt.

Five centimetres before the edge, pinch the fabric with your right forefinger and thumb. This is pinch one. Ensure you grip the T-shirt's front and back.

**2.

Pinch again** With your left hand, trace a line up the T-shirt from where you're holding it to the shoulder. Pinch the shoulder seam, then cross your left hand behind your right, taking the top half with you, down to the bottom hem.

3. Pinch and unfold Modify pinch two by gathering the T-shirt bottom in the same grip. Your left thumb and forefinger should be holding the top and bottom of the T-shirt. Now briskly unfold your arms, which should fold out the T-shirt.

4. Finishing touch You should now be holding both ends of a straight T-shirt edge. Your shirt will be mostly folded, but one sleeve will be hanging loose -- simply lay the T-shirt back down so that this folds neatly underneath.
