Watch DeepMind's AI out-game the gamers

British artificial intelligence company DeepMind was bought by Google in 2014, and it's been building powerful learning algorithms for the search engine ever since.

Combining the best techniques from machine learning and systems neuroscience, the company -- led by Demis Hassabis -- has been building computer systems that are able to play video games like humans, and has created its very own neural network that can play everything from strategy games to old favourites like Tetris.

Here you can watch the DeepMind algorithm in indefatigable action, playing both a Pong-like game and Space Invaders with ever-increasing skill and accuracy.

Right now, no one in the world can play a better game.
