Raymond Wirick is a professional chainsaw sculptor. Armed with a fearsome arsenal of electric saws, he fells (dead) trees and transforms the logs into impressive pieces of 3D art.
Using a STIHL MS 231 C-BE saw and a sculpting bar, along with his own personal saw designed for larger cuts, the Wiltshire-based carver emerges from the sweat and sawdust with finely crafted wooden sculptures that wouldn't look out of place in a gallery.
