Inspired by the angular shape of a rough-cut diamond and created by Edge of Belgravia's award-winning knife designer Christian Bird, the Black Diamond combines striking modernist sculpture with culinary utility. Made from stainless steel, the block depends on finely tuned weighting to keep the knives secure. Each blade slot is also slightly angled to allow for effortless extraction.
