Daisuke Takimoto

Daisuke Takimoto worked as a journalist for a national newspaper covering crimes and local government. After time spent as a reporter for Nikkei Business and Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Daisuke joined WIRED Japan in February 2017. His areas of coverage include consumer technology, home appliances, automobiles, communications and information systems, manufacturing, and robotic automation. Daisuke graduated from Keio University's Faculty of Policy Management. His favorite things are traveling, hot springs, cats, and cars.
