Filmmaker Werner Herzog's new documentary, Lo and Behold, is all about the Internet and the ways—both good and bad—that it is affecting our world. Yet Herzog himself doesn't really spend much time online. He doesn't have a smartphone. He doesn't have a Twitter account. He knows what Facebook is, but he "decided not to sign up."
