Forgetful fish Dory has only ever had one mantra: Just keep swimming. It’s good advice. It was especially good advice this week when it felt like those of us on the WIRED Culture desk were constantly swimming upstream against a current of new movies and TV shows.

The first thing that caught our eye was, of course, Finding Dory, which broke box office records and made more than $136 million. The next item to check off the to-watch list was Orange Is the New Black, which returned to Netflix for its fourth season last week. And finally, there was Game of Thrones, a show that aired what is possibly its best episode yet on Sunday.

And that’s just the big stuff. We have all kinds of other little things to catch up on this week. So grab your headphones and join us. We’ve got editors and writers Emma Grey Ellis, K.M. McFarland, and Angela Watercutter here and we’re ready to dive right in.
