If there's one thing J.J. Abrams has been adamant about with *Star Wars: The Force Awakens---*besides making the very best Star Wars he could---it is not spoiling it. For anyone. No matter who asked. To that end, the director has made an art of deflecting questions with witty answers.
Such was the case when Vanity Fair sent him a slew of queries from some very famous fans. When George Lucas asked, "J.J., what happened to Darth Vader's grandchildren?" Abrams replied, "Oh, George, this is great. You tell me man, you made all this shit up." Netflix's chief content officer Ted Sarandos asked, "J.J., will you finally bring back Jar Jar Binks?" Abrams shot back with, "We are developing a Netflix series called Binks and I." And so on. It's pretty funny.
