Instagram Rabbit Hole: Weird Kids and Buzzing Bees

This week WIRED's director of photography Anna Goldwater Alexander (@annagoldwater) takes us down the Instagram Rabbit Hole.

Alexander started with Frank Ockenfels 3, an LA-based photographer/director whose commercial roster includes companies like Netflix, TV shows like Breaking Bad and major films like Harry Potter. He's also a father and takes amazingly weird photos of his kids, which Alexander says "makes her feel better about posting odd photos of her own children." Alexander had such a good time tumbling down the rabbit hole, she's selected not five but six Instagrammers, including Chloe Aftel's buzzing video of bees and one of SF's best galleries, Pier 24 Photography.
