This week, engineer Isis Anchalee wrote a Medium post after she was featured in an ad campaign for her line of work. To (probably) no one's surprise, Anchalee has been harassed as a result, and decided to start the hashtag #ILookLikeAnEngineer as a response to industry sexism. Since then, the hashtag has gone viral, with women in STEM tweeting their photos and jobs as a way to assert themselves in a predominantly white, male market.

One of the participating women, Alisha Ramos, even went ahead and decided to make a Twitter photo generator—so now you can use the tool to add your photo and job title and tweet it all with the respective hashtag.
