Oh, sorry, what's that you say about the Oscar race? This movie stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy and is directed and co-written by newly minted Academy Award winner Alejandro González Iñárritu. That's right, DiCaprio intensity meets Birdman crazy. Revenant is based on the novel of the same name by Michael Punke, and tells the story of a fur trapper in the 19th century American wilderness who goes on a revenge tear after his associate (played by Hardy) robs him and leaves him do die after a bear attack. The wilderness, am I right?
