Last Fall, we gathered some of the world's brightest minds for the first ever WIRED by Design, a two-day live magazine at Skywalker Sound in Marin County, California. Our mission was to explore creative problem-solving in all forms, from architecture and music to food and business. Now, we're taking the show on the road.
Later this month, WIRED by Design will hold a special pop-up session at Semi-Permanent, Australia's premier arts and design event. Speakers include Pentagram Partner Natasha Jen, visionary architect Bjarke Ingles, and WIRED Editor in Chief Scott Dadich.
The theme remains the same. As we see it, design isn't just found in gadgets, layouts and logos. It exists everywhere choices are made in the pursuit of artistry. At Semi-Permanent WIRED by Design will continue to explore the profound, often surprising ways design shapes our lives.
Semi-Permanent takes place May 22-23 in Sydney, Australia.
