Sunset Overdrive Insomniac Games, studios behind the Resistance and Ratchet & Clank franchises, is coming to a Microsoft console for the first time with a cartoonish co-op shooter that looks to be equal parts Team Fortress 2, Gotham City Impostors, and Dead Rising.
