This week Disney, HSN and the IMAX Corporation joined to launch the Oz The Great and Powerful balloon tour, launching from the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, CA.
I have this passion for hot air balloons. I think they're very beautiful, and herald several generations of history of manned flight. Unfortunately, I don't live near any of the balloon stops.
Will the balloon tour be coming to a town near you? For now the list is pretty short, but might expand as the tour unfolds.
- February 13: El Capitan Theatre, Hollywood, CA for the Oz The Great and Powerful premiere
- February 17: Disneyland, Anaheim, CA
- February 20: Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach, FL
- March 5-6: Central Park, New York, NY
