Film Expert Explains Why Moon Landings Could Not Have Been Faked

An enjoyably technical explanation as to why the moon landing videos could not have been faked.

In an age where almost any idea can be turned into realistic-looking visuals, we tend to forget that these abilities haven't always been with us. But writer/director S. G. Collins didn't forget, and applied that understanding to this wonderfully detailed takedown of moon landing conspiracies. The bottom line is: the original moon landing video couldn't have been a fake, because we didn't have the technical skill to pull such a thing off (yes, it was just easier to actually go to the moon). But watch the video for his sensible, and enjoyably geeky, technical explanations.

Although, Al Hunt (@fracture98 on Twitter) mentioned something he'd heard from Stephen Fry once that is an even simpler argument for how we know the landings weren't faked: the USSR never called BS on them. 'Nuff said.
