The site is very user friendly. In four steps, you have a video to send to a friend or loved one.

  1. Decide if the person is naughty, sort of nice, or really nice.
  2. Tell Santa what part of the world the recipient lives in, how old they are, and what they do all day (stay home with a parent, go to school, etc.)
  3. Tell Santa vaguely what the person asked for for Christmas, and some vague details of their personality.
  4. Upload a photo or two.

You can send the video as is via e-mail or upgrade for a price. All of the details are used in the video from Santa. Conveniently, Santa has so much facial hair that you can’t see his mouth move. So, if you have more than one child in the same house you want to send to, the videos are very similar.

My kids both received videos this week. There is something about seeing Santa talking to the kids directly that makes them *totally *want to be on the good list ... for at least a couple of hours.
