What do Inception, Jurassic Park, The Matrix, Wall-E and Alien have in common, besides being awesome? Turns out if you mash them all together and set them to music, they're actually pretty fun to dance to.

"Science Fiction: A Supercut" (above) pulls together clips from more than 100 different sci-fi and genre flicks and sets them against The Glitch Mob's remix of "Monday" by Nalepa. Not only is it a feat of editing by YouTubers TheXanderLegacy, it's also a reminder of how many great sci-fi films are out there – from classics like E.T. to current bad-assery like Dredd 3D.

In addition to the films mentioned above, there are also glimpses of The Hunger Games, the Tron flicks, some Star Wars, Independence Day, Steven Spielberg's War of the Worlds, Watchmen, Cloud Atlas, X-Men: First Class, Back to the Future and scads more. Check out the clip above and hit the comments to let us know which of your favorite flicks you saw in the mix (also, go ahead and download the track from SoundCloud below).

Also, if you're not a big dancer, it's perfectly legit to just watch and bob your head.
