If you're throwing a Halloween party with more treats than tricks, a Scooby-Doo! themed birthday party, or just a gathering where you need something sweet to munch on, this graham cracker stick dip is always a crowd favorite at our parties. This is also one of the few simple recipes my three-year-old can help with from start to finish, and even lick the spoon after with no worries about raw ingredients.

I can usually find the Scooby-Doo Baked Graham Cracker Sticks at Target, but you can use any brand sticks or crackers. If you can find chocolate graham cracker sticks, those are even better for dipping – a perfect match for all those mini-chocolate chips.

Scooby-Dooby Dip

  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine (softened)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 TBSP. brown sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate. Serve with Scooby-Doo Baked Graham Cracker Sticks to scoop and dip. I hope your guests enjoy this sweet treat!
