Clearing out the FGTV cupboard recently I found a bunch of Skylanders. Of particular note is the Pearl version of Hex that was available at the New York Toy Fair when Giants was announced.
Looking at eBay at some of these rare figures made me question whether I was right to let my kids loose on the purple Cynders. Particularly as they came off worse for wear in a bathing incident – the figures, not the kids.
Either way I decided that rather than hogging all the special Skylanders for ourselves we should give them away. After all it feels like we already have an unnatural number of figures in the house.
