It happens at almost every gathering of people, from street fairs to protests – some smart aleck puts on a red-striped sweater and snow cap so that everybody can "find Waldo" in photos of the event. But what if all this time Waldo was looking for you?
In the fake Waldo the Movie trailer (above), creators Joulethief turn the cartoon star of Martin Handford's famous books into a hunter who's out for blood. The otherwise-smiling character goes in search of himself – then embarks on a murderous rampage against the organization that had been hiding in plain sight all these years.
Tagline? "This summer, Waldo finds YOU!"
