If you're been following the Relic Wranglers pursuit of this Marx Brothers/Dali script, you know we've been closing in on things slowly but surely. This week @stefant and @k72ndst each stepped up and found additional sources for us to pursue the script.
@k72ndst himself is a Marx Brothers source, an author on their work and a guided tour expert based in NYC. He's written extensively about the Algonquin Round Table, a famous meeting ground for authors/journalists/writers in the early 20th century (some of which went on to work with various Marx).
@stefant shared that there was a touring exhibit in the U.S./UK called "Dali & Film." The catalogue that accompanied the exhibit had an article on Giraffes on Horseback Salad that included original pages from the script. They are cited as from this particular library, Bibliotheque Kandinsky.
