Most mobile photo editors specialize in either small adjustments, like levels and brightness, or drastic distortions. PicSay Pro does both, and very well. The menu starts off with the typical tweaks, allowing you to fine-tune exposure, contrast, saturation, and the like using a slider (and providing a dynamic, full-screen preview as you work). Then things ramp up with a collection of adjustable stretches, swirls, and bulges for morphing your shots, plus the increasingly garden-variety list of preset filters for vintage effects. If you want to get even more artistic, apply any of the filters and adjustments selectively to specific areas of your photo. We just wish it didn't waste so much interface space on silly embellishments like word balloons and clip art.
