From canyons and valleys to city skylines and cathedral interiors, there will always be subjects that don't fit neatly inside a single frame. 360 Panorama is the best way to capture an entire scene on a smartphone. Unlike panorama apps that require you to snap a series of pics and wait for them to be stitched together, 360 does all the work for you. Line up your first shot, then just sweep your phone from left to right in one gentle motion. Go as wide as you want, all the way to a full circle (hence, "360"). Once you stop, the app will extract the individual images, put them together, and export the result as one extrawide JPEG.

WIRED Send your finished product to fellow 360 users and the device's gyroscope will let them "look around" the scene. App can render panoramas in a funky, top-down stereographic view.

TIRED Has trouble connecting the ends for full 360-degree shots.
