Today's release of the new posters for The Hunger Games movie couldn't be more timely for me. I began the trilogy on a whim Monday during a long flight when I found my husband had added the books to my Kindle. Three days later, I'm finished, thanks to books that refused to be put down, even when I knew I should be sleeping.
Never have I seen a set of actors in a movie or TV adaptation so precisely match the image I had of a book's characters in my mind. The only exception is Lenny Kravitz as Cinna, and as soon as I saw the glint of gold eyeliner, Kravitz took the place of my previous mental image of Cinna.
