The cast of characters introduced in the trailer (above) includes pop stars, androgynous demon hunters and a big marshmallow monster thing named Sangria. The cinematics are a little hard to stomach, but the action seems neat. Looks like environmental destruction will play a part on the gameplay, as one brief section of the video shows your hero shooting down ceiling pipes in order to flatten some local monsters.
NeverDead stars an immortal gunslinger named Bryce who hunts down demons in order to cure the boredom of not being able to die. Also for revenge, or something. Konami hopes to release it for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 by the end of 2011, though there’s no concrete release date yet.
