Knights and castles play prominent roles in this new trailer for Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, the upcoming crossover game that developers Capcom and Level-5 will release for 3DS in Japan next year.
Star lawyer Phoenix Wright will team up with the puzzle-solving Professor Layton in the collaboration, which has not yet been confirmed for a U.S. release. It will juxtapose three-dimensional characters against two-dimensional backgrounds.
This trailer (above), unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show last week, proves that Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney is a real game and not just fan-fiction by Game|Life editor Chris Kohler.
