This post is dedicated my sister, because she's Queen's biggest fan! Check out the amazing ode to Freddie Mercury for his 65th birthday as today's Google Doodle in several British Commonwealth countries. In the U.S., this Doodle will go live on Tuesday, today is an American holiday.
This has to be the BEST DOODLE EVER! Nearly 2 minutes of props to Freddie! The Sunday Times of South Africa had an article yesterday describing the collaborative efforts and technology that went into the video. We were especially tickled by creative lead Ryan Germick's quote about the Doodle designers, "We are in the middle between geeks and artists."
