Nerdapalooza takes place every year in Orlando, FL, as I've previously mentioned. The point of that leading statement is that taking place in Orlando it makes sense that local acts take the stage as well. There are many, from Marc With a C, to Sci-Fried and more. One of those local acts is Emergency Pizza Party, part of the Scrubclub family of artists. On Friday night during the pre-party, EPP took the stage as part of a huge Scrubclub artist set, that was probably one of the best sets NOT in the full festival lineup. However, the Friday night pre-party was held at the venue this year, so it kind of counted. Especially based on the crowd that Scrubclub (and the free pizza and beer) brought out.
In this video, Emergency Pizza Party hits the stage, performing a delightful little ditty about bowling. Only at a nerd music festival right? Unfortunately, this was my first night of filming and while this video turned out fine as far as the audio and what not, a lot of the other Scrubclub performances didn't turn out that great because I hadn't yet found the auto-leveling button. Yeah, I know I should have probably already thought of that, being a GeekDad and all, but it was a borrowed camera. I should probably just quit making excuses and post the video huh? Enjoy.
