Actor Jeremy Piven would like to sell Hollywood some Blow.
The Entourage star could give the maker movement a big boost with the reality TV series he's producing about New Orleans glass artisan Josh Cohen. The show, titled Blow, follows Cohen and his pals as they deal with clients and experiment with edgy art projects.
Besides glasswork, Cohen also produces kinetic sound sculptures like the trippy percussion contraption shown in the clip above.
Piven's production company, Luscious Mayhem, is pitching a presentation clip of the proposed series to cable networks in Los Angeles.
Pawn shop owners, tattoo artists and molecular gastronomers have all found followings via their cable TV shows. Maybe Piven's Louisiana glassblower has enough heat to become a reality star, too.
