Looking to make it a cool weekend? Take the kids to the New York Hall of Science this weekend to build, hack and make crafts, as a prelude to the upcoming World Maker Faire they will be hosting September 17th and 18th.

Local makers from Collab, Htink; and RePlayGround will be on hand doing activities that include electric doodles, wallets and rocket art made from recycled cereal boxes.

The activities are free with admission ($11 per adult, $8 per kid) and will be running from 12pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. There are plenty of things to see and do at the Hall of Science to make these fun-filled and educational days.
