I think I've already mentioned that I'm a word nerd and that I like being quizzed. If you're like me, you'll enjoy participating in a research project that seeks to measure vocabulary sizes. In other words, these fine folks would like to estimate how many words you know.

The process is simple -- you go through two stages that ask you to (honestly) check off those words from a given list that you're sure you know the definition of. Then you're asked to provide demographic information, including your verbal SAT score if you remember it. The demographic part is optional, but it does help the researchers come up with nifty graphs like this one:
