It's been a while since we last strolled down internet lane, browsing t-shirt after t-shirt, so today's column will take us all the way back to early May. Since then, cute and cuddly animals have taken the forefront in adorning the vast majority of great t-shirt designs, so they dominate the theme of this roundup. These are the best of the best from all corners of the web, so as always, enjoy the threads:

Intensive Candy Unit

Some of these animals really know how to get down. Some of them a little too much, such as this poor pinata whose candy has spilled onto the hospital floor. This shirt may seem lighthearted and fun, but be careful not to wear it around those still playing Viva Pinata on their XBox 360s.

Why So Serious?

Have you ever seen a panda fight a bat? Most geeks already know that the panda can be a ferocious and deadly animal. Nobody quite expected the transformation into The Dark Knight's Joker character, but all it took was a few bamboo leaves and a wedge of watermelon.

Sir Moose

For those not familiar, the Sir Critter line of t-shirts is designed by Jeremy Kallgreen, the same man behind such great lines as Amorphia Apparel and Hirsute History. Jeremy has stumbled upon something truly unique, but it's best to allow him to describe it in his own words. "For some reason animals just can’t seem to get their act together, so let us provide nature an example to live by with these fine t-shirts emblazoned with classy critters." This latest addition is Sir Moose, a classy version of the moose, takes the largest animal in the Deer family and makes it adorable!

Actual Cats, HOOO

Pop quiz, GeekDad readers: Can you name all of the actual cat versions of the 80's cartoon ThunderCats pictured below? Even Snarf makes it into the mix, although I'm not quite sure he could pass as a cat. This is actually a quite timely shirt release, since the cartoon is getting its own reboot. The show will air on Cartoon Network later this year, sporting an edgier and more anime-inspired style.

First is the Wurst

I suppose hot dogs and sausages still count as animals, although you might be hard-pressed to discover which ones are included in the recipe. This shirt actually conjures up memories of the Milwaukee Brewers sausage races, the strange stadium tradition of Wisconsin baseball fans. I think we can all agree that most races would be better if people participated in sausage costumes. Come on, who's with me?

Tiger Uppercut

An anthropomorphic Street Fighter? I didn't think there could be anything scarier than fighting Sagat of Street Fighter video game fame, but now seeing him following what must have been a vacation on the Island of Dr. Moreau, I'm having second thoughts.
