Star Paul Bettany borrows robes from his monk character in The Da Vinci Code to take on a cowboy-hatted villain dressed almost identically to Clint Eastwood’s Man With No Name. Vampires, bats, apocalyptic landscapes, religious hocus-pocus and lots of hellacious screaming round out the clip. And wait ti.l you see the gnarly beast with giant fangs that leaps into view.
Based on Min-Woo Hyung’s graphic novel series and directed by Scott Charles Stewart, Priest opens in 3-D on May 13.
