If you've never seen it, Spoonflower is for the people who stand in the aisles of the fabric store wishing for something different. It gives you the ability to design, print, and sell your own fabric designs. Each week they have a design contest around a different theme.

Previous contests have included topics ranging from time travel to pointillism. If you'd like to take a shot, check out the upcoming contests.

Steampunk and cephalopod lovers among you will find more favorites in recent winners, including Time is a Man Made Concept and Squid. For the pirates, there's Ro-co-co and a Bottle of Rum.

Those looking for a way to honor the Doctor Who series this week should check out Madman in a Blue Box, Vitruvian Dalek, and Friends of the Ood.
