What would you do if you had a free pass out of eternal damnation? The hyperviolent and hilarious villains of Secret Six are about to show you what not to do.
World-beating writer Gail Simone's years-long demented run on the oft-rebooted Secret Six has transformed DC Comics' lovable band of lunatics into one of the publisher's most dysfunctional but engaging supergroups.
Secret Six No. 31, out Wednesday and previewed in our mini-gallery above, finds Simone and artist J. Calafiore kicking off the fearsome three-part story "The Darkest House," wherein Simone's supervillain Scandal Savage is terrorized by visions of her lover, Knockout, and soothed by a nearly nude Bane.
Will Savage use the "Get Out of Hell Free" card the Secret Six scored in a previous arc to free Knockout? Or will another member use it first? Either way, Secret Six promises to remain one of DC's coolest titles.
