It is amazing how many people are geeky about their photography equipment (and photographs), even if they aren’t professional photographers. Especially with the switch to DSLR in the past few years, the technology now involved in photography makes it an even geekier hobby than before.
While searching through Flickr recently, I was impressed by the caliber of photography that involved geeky subject matter.
One photographer of mention is Flickr user Rob Jan (a.k.a. zero g). I am sharing some of his more steam punk inspired work in honor of our theme this week.
Aside from Rob’s photography, Rob also furthers his geek cred by hosting a Science Fiction, Fantasy and Historical Radio show on a Melbourne radio station. He also writes genre-related articles. Thank you to Rob for letting us share his wonderful photographs!
