One great thing about raising a geekling is that their compliments are never of the garden variety. You're not likely to get "You're the best, mom." It's more likely to be, "Statistically speaking, it's unlikely that you are the best mother ever, or even in this town, but you're probably in the 99th percentile."
Here's one I got this weekend: "You're gentle, but fierce when you need to be. You're like a possum."
