T-shirt artists turn to vintage videogame imagery — and plenty of specialty glow-in-the-dark inks — when it comes to crafting Tron-inspired apparel.
More than two dozen original designs have been submitted to the Threadless Loves Tron: Legacy competition since the T-shirt site called for entries last week. Many of the images play with the sci-fi movie's most memorable bit of hardware, the light cycle, and some bleed into other geeky franchises, injecting Tron DNA into Pac-Man, Batman and Transformers.
