Teaser trailers hyping The Social Network, the upcoming movie about Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, skip live-action scenes in favor of in-your-face text banter crafted by dialogue whiz Aaron Sorkin (The West Wing, A Few Good Men).

That approach triggered a quick-and-dirty lampoon by Australian TV comedian Dan Ilic. "When I saw the original trailers I thought, 'This would be really easy to take piss out of,'" Ilic told Wired.com in an e-mail.

Ilic, in New York while his Hungry Beast show is on hiatus, said it took him "about four hours of mucking around last night to slap together [parody video, 'The Social Network Teaser 3 (Spoof)']. I love Sorkin. It's more of a homage to the creators than anything."

The Social Network, by director David Fincher (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Fight Club), hits theaters in October.
