The 2010 World Cup has seen no shortage of spectacle, from Portugal's 7-0 drubbing of North Korea to the complete collapse of the French national team. But for a sight that fans of all nations can appreciate, Nike has erected the largest interactive LED screen in all of Africa on the 450-foot-high Southern Life Centre building in Johannesburg's business district.

Building off of Nike Soccer's Write the Future campaign – which was kicked off via an incredible 3-minute, Hollywood-quality commercial – fans can submit their own headlines through Facebook or through tweets using the hashtag #NikeFuture. More than 207,000 individual LEDs comprise a surface area of 144 x 138 feet.

If a user's submission is selected for display atop Johannesburg's fourth tallest building, Nike will contact the fan and send along a photo of the moment. Only 100 or so headlines are selected for display on each night of the tournament, so with only 57 characters to work with, fans should craft their shout-outs wisely.
