Sam Flynn rolls up to his dad's shuttered arcade in a new photo from Tron Legacy (above).
Sam's dad Kevin Flynn (played by Jeff Bridges in Tron as well as the highly anticipated upcoming sequel) disappeared in the original 1982 sci-fi movie.
The new Tron Legacy image showing Sam (Garrett Hedlund) and the exterior of Flynn's arcade is the first of several to be released this week in advance of the movie's trailer, which will screen Friday in select theaters in 3-D and Imax 3D along with Tim Burton's eye-popping Alice in Wonderland.
Wired.com got a sneak peek at the trailer over the weekend: Rest assured there will be plenty of light cycles and disc-fu when Tron Legacy hits theaters Dec. 17.
The new images will be released this week on the Tron Legacy Facebook page.
