Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City will make its way to PlayStation 3 and Windows PC on March 30, Rockstar said Friday.

Episodes from Liberty City features both episodes of the downloadable content for Grand Theft Auto IV – The Lost and the Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony – on a single disc for $40. GTA IV owners can buy the episodes as downloadable content for $20 each, but the disc version will not require players to own the main game.

Seeing as how the "exclusivity" of the GTA IV DLC to the Xbox 360 was made out to be such a big deal by Microsoft, one has to wonder if Episodes from Liberty City was meant to be a timed exclusive from the very beginning or if this is a relatively new development – it reminds me a bit of high school relationships. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go watch Saved by the Bell.
