Though it leaked all over the ‘net earlier today, Capcom’s first official trailer for Dead Rising 2 has now been officially revealed by Capcom in all its zombie-smashing glory.
The two-and-a-half minute clip introduces series fans to the new crisis: Zombies have taken over Las Vegas and only Chuck Greene stands in their way.
As with the original Dead Rising, the key to surviving the end of the world is utilizing a wide range of weaponry, including your martial arts skills, sporting goods, furniture, roulette wheels, musical instruments and anything else you can get your hands on.
And did I mention Chuck’s makeshift, dual-sided chainsaw halberd? Or his motorcycle-mounted chainsaws? Chuck seems to be a big fan of rotating metal blades.
Dead Rising 2 is scheduled for release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, though no official release date has been confirmed.
