Continuing the steady stream of media related to the upcoming Ghostbusters videogames, publisher Atari has unveiled a handful of new images from the Nintendo DS handheld version of the title.
Like the Wii version of the game, the Nintendo DS has a decidedly cartoony art syle as compared to the upcoming Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game. It doesn't quite replicate the style of the classic Ghostbusters cartoon series, but the characters are all easily recognizable to fans of the property.
Unfortunately these screens don't offer much in the way of information on the actual gameplay, though the fourth image seemingly demonstrates a vehicular mode in which ghosts are captured from the safety of the Ghostbusters' Ecto-1 vehicle.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game is in development at Zen Studios and is scheduled to hit Nintendo's handheld system on June 16.
