The entries for the Autopia WTF? Chrysler KGB Edition Caption Contest are in, and once again our readers have proven they can find humor even in the brutal machinations of an oppressive dictatorship. And we're not talking about Cerberus.

The winner, with 31 votes, is Patrick, who quipped (drumroll, please):

"Chrysler. Soul crushing repression comes standard (Yet another brilliant example of American corporate social responsibility)."

The citizens of Minsk couldn't have said it better themselves. In fact, they probably couldn't have said it at all.

Patrick didn't get the highest vote count. Chris, the actual winner, didn't leave an e-mail address, so would couldn't contact him. No Rubles for you, Chris. That's what happens when you don't follow the direction.

That said, we did enjoy his submission: "Coming up on Fox News: Some people say that the KGB continue to support socialism. The latest example is their support of US-government-bailed-out Chrysler."

We also got a good laugh at quips about the "Chrysler 300CCCP" and remarks about how there are more American cars in Minsk than the parking lot of your average midwestern shopping mall.

We'll be contacting Patrick about his rubles soon. We suggest he doesn't bother trying to get any pennies. Belarussian Rubles are nearly impossible to convert into any other currency once they're outside of Belarus.
